Getting started

Do I need an account to use the tools?

No. Every tool is free without an account, with a fair-use limit per IP. A free account raises the limit and lets you monitor one domain.

How do I add a domain to monitoring?

Sign in, open Domains, click “Add domain”, type the registrable domain (example.com). Monitors are created automatically and the first check runs within a minute.

Why does my result say “cached”?

Identical queries within a short window are served from cache to keep things fast. Use “Check now” on a monitored domain to force a fresh run.

Results

What do Error, Warning and Pass mean?

Error: something that breaks delivery, resolution or security right now. Warning: a risk or a best-practice deviation. Pass: verified correct. Info: context, no action needed.

Why are results different from my DNS provider’s panel?

We query the authoritative servers and public resolvers. If they differ from your panel the change has not propagated yet, or the zone served publicly is not the one you edited.

A blacklist shows “timeout” — am I listed?

No. Timeout means the list operator did not answer in time; it is neither listed nor clean. Run again later.

Alerts

How fast do I get alerted?

Within a few minutes of a check detecting a change. Check frequency depends on your plan.

Can I send alerts to Slack or a webhook?

Yes, on Professional and Enterprise plans, from Account → Notifications.

Billing

How do trials work?

Paid plans start with a 14-day trial with all features. No card is required; if you do not upgrade, the account drops back to Free.
