What counts as a monitored domain?
Each registrable domain (example.com) you add to your dashboard. Subdomains of a monitored domain are free to add.
Do you offer refunds?
If you are not happy within the first 30 days of a paid plan, write to us and we refund in full.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Credit/debit cards and, on yearly Enterprise plans, bank transfer against invoice.
